Windows 10: Will I lose all my software if I reinstall a "clean" Windows 10 version to replace Windows 11?

Is there any way to reinstall Windows 10 on my PC without loosing all of my programs and applications on the OS?I mistakenly allowed Windows 11 to replace Windows 10 about a year ago. I was past the 10-day window before I realized that my printers no longer worked.I have not installed any new software since the Windows 11 "upgrade".I do not keep any documents, photos, etc, on my OS drive, so that is not an issue. But all of my software is installed on the same drive as the OS.While I don't like some aspects of Windows 11, I initially thought I could live with it. However, I realized after a

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
