Windows 10: will i lose data if i delete my email that the pc is setup with?

recently i have got a new email due to changing my name and i was thinking about deleting the account so i would no longer be accosiated with the name i chose to remove and it is the email that i have setup my pc up so if i was to delete it what would happen?

Losing Email

Thank you for your response. My email server is a POP3. I was unsure as to how my email was originally set up so I deleted it as you instructed and reset it up under the Advance setup option. I also verified, with my IT Department ,that the credentials
used are correct and am still losing the emails. We also checked to see if the Outlook program was setup correct and we believe that it is.



Do you have any other suggestions? Is it a glitch in the programming of the phone? Is there an option somewhere in the phone setup that asks if the emails should be deleted or not that we are missing?

It is important to know what was the result of running chkdsk, as this will help us determine if this is a possible hard drive failure. Can you tell us what was the result of chkdsk?

However, if the result did not find any errors, then you can check for corruption in the system files that is preventing your computer from booting up. We suggest that you run the System File Checker tool to address this. Use the installation media to run
the tool.

• Connect the installation media to your computer and then turn it on.
• On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select Next. If you're not seeing the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how
  to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.
• Select Repair your computer. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Command prompt.
  
• Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
  
  
• Once done, restart the computer.

If still your computer is unable to boot up, then we recommend you refresh your PC. You're not going to lose any files as long as you choose this option. However, we cannot guarantee that you're not going to lose any programs. To do this , follow these steps:

• Connect the installation media to your computer and then turn it on.
• Select Repair your computer. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >Refresh your PC.

How to delete suggested email addresses in Windows 10 APP 2023

There are tons of suggested email addresses that show up in a drop down menu when I am starting to type an email address into the "To:" field, when composing a new email, in Windows 10 app. They are not listed on my contacts. How can I delete these so that only the ones I use often show up? Redirecting.
This thread is obsolete, and the steps DO NOT apply.

When following step 1) you begin typing the email address to have the suggested emails pop up - and you cannot right click, select, open contact properties at all.

When following step 2) This step is entirely ignorant of the fact that these "suggested" emails that pop up - are NOT in the contacts list.

Can someone please explain how to remove this woefully annoying "Suggested" contact, with a current method, please?
