Windows 10: Will I Lose My License Key By Updating Windows Through ISO?

I'm on Windows 8 Trying To Update My Windows To Windows 8.1 Through ISOLaptop:ASUS S200E-CT283H

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

OMG! Why Microsoft! Why still offer 32-bit!?! *facepalm*

So if I burn this ISO now, it won't be a catch all to install/update all versions of Windows 7/8.1/10?
