Windows 10: Will I lose the pre-installed Windows 11 license after switching to linux?

Hi I am Joe, a windows user software dev.I have a pre-installed windows 11 laptop with 8GB of Ram, as you know windows takes over 4GB so there are 4GB remines, this is not enough for me to get the work done.I have to upgrade the Ram but right now I don't have enough money to buy a new one, so i decided to switch to Arch Linux -temporary- which takes only 512MB of Ram, I got no problems with linux environment as a software developer so I can easily switch to it until I upgrade my Ram, but I am afraid of losing my windows license and i don't want to buy a windows activation key after re-installi

You should be able to re-install and re-activate Windows 10 Home in case you need to switch back from Linux, since your Windows 10 Home is pre-installed, it has an OEM license embedded in its motherboard and linked to your Microsoft Account.

 

Resetting Windows 11 without losing license that came pre-installed by the laptop's manufacturer

I bought a brand new laptop and it came with pre-installed Windows 11. Recently i've been running into some problems, probably some sort of malware or something and i want to "Reset My PC" by "Removing everything". I just want to make sure if i will lose my Free Windows 11 license that came with the laptop if my Reset the PC which will of-cource re-install the windows? Would i be able to just get my new installed copy of Windows activated through signing in to my microsoft account that has my device linked?
