Since Microsoft released the Amazon AppStore in October, they have currently added 31 countries where that functionality is enabled, below is a list of supported countries, India is not yet on that list, so if your location is set to India, that would cause that download not to work, they are adding new countries regularly, so hopefully India will be added soon.
