Windows 10: Will issues occur if I do not install the current Windows Security Update KB5034441?

Hello.I'm currently on Windows 10 don't meet the specs to upgrade to Win11 and i'm having an issue with getting this update. I've restarted, as well as followed the steps to manually resize the partition as listed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bfI ran the troubleshooter for windows update, and the first time it repaired an 'issue' but subsequent troubleshooter runs have detected no problems or no solutions, anyway. This step helped me install the update KB5034441!!! 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

As detailed in the link from the News article and in comments here, this failure is related to the Recovery partition The article and comments tell you how to deal with it. KB5034441 Security Update for Windows 10 (21H2 and 22H2) - Jan. 9 The easy case is where the RE is enabled, the partition follows the Windows partition, and all you need to do is to increase its size to around 1GB. See explanation on page 1 and the link at the bottom for MS's complicated suggestion

(I just used Minitool P. Wizard to increase the size of the Recovery partition) If you still have problems, please start your OWN thread with a screenshot of your partitions. Thanks.
