    I have a laptop, for whatever reason will not update past 1809, while I will continue to work on this issue I would like to know worst case scenario the machine will not update past v1809 will Microsoft continue to put out security updates past the EOL date of 05/12/2020 of v1809??

    Microsoft Security Updates for May 2007

    Microsoft on Tuesday released patches for 19 security flaws as part of its monthly patch cycle. The fixes cover security holes in Windows, Office and Internet Explorer. Two of the updates are for Microsoft’s newest operating system Vista. Microsoft recommends all users to upgrade through either Automatic Updates within Windows or the Windows Update website.     Swapping to an older version of windows

    Is there still an official way to drop back to an older version of windows, I honestly don't mind using a 3rd party way. If possible, can you list step by step instructions or a link to an easy to use website. Thanks.
