Windows 10: Will my DG31PR motherboard and Core 2 Duo Processor be overworked with Win 10 upgrade?

I have a DG31PR with an Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4 GHz processor, Nvidia Geforce GT 710 2GB GPU and 4 GB RAM.

My motherboard is not listed under Windows 10 compatible motherboards, but the compatibility checker says that it is compatible for an upgrade.

My question is, if I do install Windows 10 in my PC, will my CPU be overworked? Like running at above 50% use all the time, such that my other processes get slow?

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit doesn't support E8400 Core 2 Duo Processor for DG31PR Motherboard

Hi, I wanted to upgrade my CPU & installed E8400 C2D Processor removing my old Pentium E5200 Processor. It showed a message at the time of reboot that ' Preparing Automatic Repair' & then restarted. It was on continuation. These are my Computer specifications:

Motherboard: Intel DG31PR

CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00Ghz

Ram: 4GB DDR 2

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Please do help
