    Will no longer print in color form my Pavilion Laptop.


    I have Windows 10 and out of the blue it has stopped printing in color. I have an HP Officejet 3855 and have run diagnostics on the printer and it is fine.

    When I try to print something from my laptop, with color in it, even if I chose the color option, it still only prints in black and white! What can I do?

    When trying to print forms from websites I get only header and footer, not the form

    Hi Sandy,

    • Do you face the issue only on Internet Explorer?
    • From which website are you trying to print forms?

    We would suggest you to print using the
    Microsoft Edge     and check for the issue.

    From Internet Explorer try to print the form to an Microsoft XPS Document writer format and check.

    Color printing

    Although printer states it's printing in color, and it shows up in print preview, pages are only printed in black and white. This started with Windows 10. It was working fine prior to that. Any suggestions?

    HP Deskjet 6940 printer has stopped printing color all of a sudden

    Original Title: No longer printing color

    I have an older HP Deskjet 6940 printer that has stopped printing color all of a sudden. There is ink in the cartridges and nothing else reports in error. I have tried all the suggestions here but to no avail. Any suggestions?
