    will not print bank statements.


    have two printers hp deskjet d1530 & office jet pro 6968 both are working ok. have computer pavilion 20 all in one with windows 10.


    when trying to print a bank statement, it goes thru the motions until I am ready to push the print button, then everything disappears off the screen and never comes back.

    Cannot print bank statements

    Cannot print bank statements. Bank informs me that the only way to print a bank statement is to print screen and paste to MS Word. What is going on with Win 10? With 8 I got a nice preview and a full page print out. Now a barely readable print screen copy.

    This problem has been addressed before but for me it did not produce a resolution. Since installing Windows 10 I cannot print my bank statements (WebBroker). A right click gives only the "save as" option. The "..." icon (which has "print" as an option)
    disappears when the statement page comes up. Ctrl P will not show the bank statement in the preview box; I get a blank page with a minuscule square in the upper left hand corner. (Though the actual webpage will show up in the preview box if I chose to print
    that.) The only way to print a statement is to save it first and them print the saved document....a real pain. I have checked that my printer is shown as the default printer and I have updated my Adobe. I even tried unchecking "enable protected mode" as
    someone suggested. This was never a problem with windows 8. What could be the problem?
