Windows 10: Will Power Interruptions Damage Computer?

Folks, I have an electrical problem which is causing power in my office to be briefly interrupted. Sometimes I just loose internet connection but usually the computer looses power and restarts, or I need to power it on.this happens many times a day. Is this damaging the computer, not being shut down properly?what should I do? Run chkdsc, after this happens?

Help with Hardware Interrupts

To use Krview, ignore any driver that is part of Windows or that is for the CPU idle thread.
inteppm is for the CPU idle thread, ignore it.
hal and ntkrnlpa are part of Windows, ignore them.
ati2mtag is the first one on the list that is elevated and relevant.
Find out what hardware interrupt it uses and then any device that shares this interrupt could be the problem. It might not be ati2mtag.
If its the video driver, can you use another card?
Putting the computer to sleep might reset things.

Reboot after power interruption

I have a Dell computer running Windows 10 Pro. When a power interruption occurs Windows does not reboot without a new sign in. This computer is at a remote site. If I can sign in remotely this will be just an inconvenience but if the computer does not
get back to the state where a remote connection is possible, I can't do that either.

Windows 7 Ultimate handled remote power interruptions just fine. What is different and what do I do about it?
