Windows 10: Will reinstalling Windows 11 give me a Bitlocker key?

Hi.I just updated to Windows 11. After the update, I noticed windows security said "Memory integrity is off", so I looked into that so see if I could turn it on and remove the unsightly though tiny alert in my system tray as it bothered me. Long story short I found I'd have to boot into Safe mode to rename some files but windows did make me aware that I may, possibly be asked to input my Bitlocker Key. This was new to me. I had to reinstall windows 11, do I need to delete the old BitLocker recovery key and save a new BitLocker recovery key for the new install?

At first, turn off Bitlocker encryption and then reinstall Windows 11, then log in to your Microsoft account, delete the old Bitlocker key saved in the MS account, then enable Bitlocker encryption and save the Bitlocker key.
