Windows 10: Will replacing operating system remove old access?

I purchased an old company laptop and wiped it completely. The company sends mass updates to all their computers and redownloads all the software remotely. Would installing a new system stop the remote access?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Preserving old operating system

When you upgrade a Windows operating system, the new version replaces the old version and the old version is no longer valid. So you cannot legally use the old version and the new version together in a dual-boot scenario.

For the same reason, you can't keep the old version on your hard drive and run the upgraded version in a virtual machine.

If you don't like the upgraded version, you can easily revert back to the old version. In that case, the old version is once again valid, as nothing has replaced it.

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.
