    Will reseting windows affect my HDD?


    i have 1 ssd and 1 hdd, i have my windows10 installed on my ssd and what i would like to do is to completely clean my ssd and keep all the data in my hdd intact. i was wondering if i were to use the reset windows option would it only reset C? or will it affect my hdd?

    It is possible that your
    HDD was unreadable
    causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:


    • Shutdown
      your
      PC.

    • Unhooked
      the
      HDD
      and
      turn on
      your
      PC.

    • Reconnect
      your
      HDD
      and
      restart
      your
      PC.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
    laptop/computer's manufacturer
    for further assistance.

    Will Windows 10's Reset this PC "Remove Everything" option affect secondary HDD?

    If I use Windows 10's option to "reset" my PC and choose the "remove everything" option, will this affect my secondary HDD?
