Windows 10: Will resetting my computer delete my documents and/or account?

I have an x555q Asus. I've been wanting to do this because the my laptop can't handle the updates. I specifically chose "keep my files" options so I wouldn't lose my personal/important files. But I forgot my old account's password and I don't have that old account anymore to get a key or something. Will the "keep my files" still delete my account?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings

Recovering Deleted Documents From Computer?

I had some documents on my windows 10 computer where i deleted into the recycle bin and deleted it from my computer. These documents got deleted few months ago i believe. Is there any way to retrieve these documents?
Im not 100 percent sure what these documents are called but i think i have a clue.


Is there a way to recover old documents thats been deleted and if so, how can i do this? I had one or two important documents that i can no longer find on my computer... and that is either due to me deleting it or overriding it with other information and saved it which i doubt. But when you override a document, its impossible to check the previous copies right? However, i believe i deleted the documents in recycle bit and ultimately deleted them. Does anyone have any steps on how i can possibly recover something like this? The thing is im not 100 percent sure of the document name but if i saw name of documents, i can probably take a guess if that is the one.
