Windows 10: Will resetting my PC reset my hwid back

I was really curious to know how a hwid spoofer works and that curiosity has given me many problems. After trying it for the first time I then deleted it and found out that some apps weren't working on my pc. So after researching, I found that it was because of my spoofer and I searched how to reset everything back and I couldn't find an answer. The YouTube videos were just showing how to get unbanned from different games using spoofers which wasn't what I needed. I'm really thinking of resetting my PC so I want to know if resetting my PC will change everything back to normal. If it won't chan

windows 10 HWID reset

my brother was changing my hwid in regedit and now i can't open my CMD and all programs says u need a HWID reset so plzz how to get back my HWID?

 

HWID changed after Win10 reset

I recently reset my Win10 whilst retained the personal folders and files.

Subsequently I found one programme cannot function quoting HWID difference.

I used 'gethwid' to check then found that HWID indeed changed.

However I didn't change any hardwares and merely reset Win10 itself. Is it normal that HWID got changed under this circumstance?

Am I able to restore my previous HWID?
