Windows 10: Will resetting my pc while keeping my files delete other personal folders on the root of...

I know that nothing in the C:/Users/ folder will be touched but what if I have something like C:/PhotosBackup, will that folder be deleted?

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

I have a question about the reset PC and keeping personal data does it delete programs and there data too or does it delete apps?

 

Cannot add contacts personal folders to address book in Outlook 2016

Many thanks for all your suggestions, HippsieGypsie, but nothing seems to be working. I cannot delete my folder so I have to keep trying to get it included in the list of available address books. My contacts are all in the Contacts - Personal Folders, but this list is not included amongst those offered by Outlook as a default address book.
