Will the apps I installed facebook,telegram,viber,etc disappear if I sign into new Microsoft account ?

Hello,

I have recently upgraded from windows 7 to 10 and while I upgraded windows informed me that I do not have any incompatible app that is being transferred to windows 10. Now that I try to run them none of which will launch including: Steam, Battle.net, Viber,
Telegram and etc.

I have tried tweaking my firewall, windows defender and my internet connection but nothing seems to work. Please advise.

Eraser broke my Telegram app

I have been using the desktop version of the Telegram messenger.. It has been crashing since day one. Mainly freezing. I could not figure out what the problem was for about a year. Telegram has not been all that helpful, they had no one else with that problem. Nothing else malfunctioned on that system and I have other messengers like Skype, viber, whatsapp, Signal.

Turns out the issue was this app called Eraser, the secure file delete utility. It was somehow interfering with the Telegram messenger and freezing it every 20 minutes. I tried to register & post on their forum to no avail. It's really buggy.

Viber disappeared from PC

This morning I was shocked to see that Viber app suddenly disappeared from my desktop. I got a error message saying to setup log. What steps am I supposed to take?
