The update KB4532695 fixed the above issue for OS builds 18362.628 and 18363.628 but is there such a fix for OS build 18363.778?

My system is up to date with all recent updates.

    Thanks

    Explorer Crash FIX!

Our old Dell Inspiron N5110 got this problem also.
Taskbar keeps refreshing. Thanks many hints from guys above pointed me the direction to fix it.
From Reliability History Monitor I found Explorer keeps crashing because of IDTNC64.CPL (type reliability history at Start)
    1. the issue was from IDTNC64.cpl, the sound driver,
but I could not successfully to uninstall it from device manager nor control panel or rename the file or the folder.
    2. uninstalled High Definition Audio Device few times, problem remain
    3. tried to uninstall within Control Panel > Program file, yet Control Panel only open 2, 3 seconds then closed automatically.
    4. finally solved Control Panel shut down problem by going to msconfig>services>and disable Windows Error Reporting Service. see below sequence:
Click window + R keys, type msconfig, Enter to open msconfig, click Services Tag and look for Windows Error Reporting Service. Unchecked it, then apply, ok then reboot system when it suggests.
    5. After this, open Control Panel by clicking Start > type Control Panel. Then my Control Panel open and stay put, won't shut down by itself.
    6. In Control Panel > Programs > I found IDT Audio and successfully to uninstall it.
    7. No more taskbar refresh or Windows Explore shut down after uninstalled IDT and Sound still works great!!!
    8. repeat step 4 to check Windows Error Reporting Services by clicking it. OK then follow system suggestion to reboot.
    9. Control Panel still able to open and remain open. Sound still works and no more refresh.
    10. From Reliability History monitor found no more Windows Explorer crashing.
I am happy and hope above steps help

  3. Explorer Crash FIX!

Thank you soporifics for the solution! This was exactly the problem we were having. And I don't believe it's the software that has the issue, but rather just that .cpl file. Because the Control Panel is also part of Explorer, there was some issue with that CPL file (which is the extension for Control Panel Listings) that did not mix. We just renamed that file (had to do so in the CMD prompt) and it was fixed automatically. For those of you who want to rename the file in the CMD window:

    1. In the Start Search bar, type "cmd".
    2. Right click the Command Prompt listing and select "Run as Administrator"
    3. Agree to the permissions pop-up, and then it should actually put you right in the correct folder (for us it was C:\Windows\System32)
    4. Type the following command "ren IDTNC64.CPL IDTNC64.CPL.old"
    5. Done!

    Hope this helps.

    File Explorer Search Not Working

I am trying to search in File Explorer (Windows Explorer, My Computer) and it will not find anything. I can copy text from a name in the list and paste it in the search box and it still finds nothing. I have looked at the suggestions that have been posted and nothing I find that is relative to this works. Anyone have any suggestions? I am running Win 10 Pro on an I3 coustom desktop computer.
