Windows 10: will there be an update to fix the disappearing profile picture on windows 10 welcome screen?

I am wondering if there will be an update fix for the disappearing profile picture on the welcome screen. I'm really not that computer jazzy to be going into updates and deleting things that may cause bigger problems. Also this happen about a couple months ago, maybe even three I'm just not sure.Thank you

User profile picture disappeared after rollback

Hello!
So I updated to Creators Update, but I had some annoying bugs with it, so I rolled back to Anniversary Update. Right after I did that, my profile pic (and my dad's) were gone (look at screenshots).

How can I fix this? It's bugging me real bad.
