Windows 10: Will This get me banned from GTA Online?

I was wondering if this mod for gta V will get me banned from GTA online?

its a low end mod this guy boasts about this mod bumping his 10 FPS to 30+ and running it on a intel HD, because i dont see 1 reason that gta V should be giving me trouble on my laptop, i can play most other games in high to ultra. i have the requirements for the game and ive seen lower run it. i think gta V is just not as "optimized" as rockstar thinks. No matter what settings i choose the game runs at about 10-15 fps EVEN ON HIGH SETTINGS OR LOW SETTINGS.
Hell us Enduro AMD users couldn't even run the game for about a month or 2

it requires OPEN IV and i wondering if that will get me banned?

i dont want to cheat the game i just want to play it in good fps for a game i spent 60$ on

Banned xbox live, for no reason

Bro they banned me for no reason to day saying I was cheating idk if i was in a modded lobby in gta 5 but im super possed off

 

Banned On Xbox One

So someone explain why I first get on Xbox One from Xbox 360 and I get banned after transferring my GTA Online character. I do realize my k.d. and stats make me look like a recovery but I worked really hard to earn what I have now. And if this actually
resets my character like it said it would I'm going over to PlayStation.

 

I wouldn't recommend using it in GTAO. It is a mod, so there is always a chance that it will get you banned.
