  1. Will using two ssds with windows 10/11 damage computer?

I’ve recently built a new computer and had my brother help me installing windows 11 on my new ssd. I’m a big fan of the layout but I plan on using it for games. The motherboard I’m using appears to have access to 4 ssds. I want to reuse my old computers ssd so I don’t have to redownload everything but I worry If I do that it’ll damage my computer because the new ssd is 11 and the old is 10. Does anyone know if I can and how to prevent it from damaging my computer?

    :)

ChkDsk damages file system on SSDs

In part of that BornCity blog,
somebody had reported that the fault only happened on computers with m.2 disks not other SSDs.

  3. Install windows 10 SSD into a windows 11 computer

So what I want to know is how can I install a ssd that is on a windows 10 computer to a windows 11 computer. Could I just remove the storage device on the windows 11 computer and replace it with the windows 10 ssd or would that cause issues with the system. Or could I have the windows 10 ssd fit into the windows 11 pc and upgrade it with the files still on it so it can work on windows 11?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
