    Ah, of course, my apologies. I did download that tool. But I forgot about the last two sentences of your first post (and I tend to think of an "update" as a patch to a given version (eg. 1703), and an "upgrade" as a version promotion (eg. 1703=>1709.)) It's moot now, but thank you for the suggestion.
