Windows 10: win 10 - 1803 update - wireless sdio driver not compatible - error - cant update.

Hi there

upgradign to the latest win 10 - 1803 update. it comes back with an error "wireless sdio driver not compatible" - se pics - so i cant update. Manufacturer dont respond to mails about drivers not working ... what now? its i8s guleek mini pc - very small - thx

• Have you made any changes to your device prior to the issue?
• Aside from updating the driver, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Meanwhile, instead of updating the driver, try installing the Broadcomm 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO driver version
V5.93.103.4 from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter is not working

Corrupted wireless driver is one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We recommend uninstalling the driver to help resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Click Network adapters to expand the list.
  
• Right-click Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapter, then click Properties.
  
• Go to Driver tab.
  
• Click Uninstall.
  
• Restart your computer.

Note: After restarting your computer. Windows will automatically install a generic driver on your computer.

Who has seen this vista update error

When you go to Windows vista update and it tell you to update a driver that you have already updated. Then it says failed to update and gives you the error code that tell you that you already have a never version than that. WTF? Why in the world would it be trying to updated something with an older driver. Well the only way to get it out of your windows update list is to go uninstall what ever that driver is then run the update and install it. Then run the newer drivers again.

Well I still can't get the Nivida Network Bridge to disappear out of the list. I uninstall the one in device manager and go to the update and before it's even done with that. Vista is automatically installing a newer version than is in the Vista update list.......
