Windows 10: win 10 64 bit sleep issue

Hello-I built a PC win10, 64bit 15 months ago. I regularly get my updates. Everything works fine except for two issues. 1- Sleep settings: after 10 minutes my two monitors go dark. PC is set to go to sleep after 5 hours because I don't want the PC to go to sleep on its own. Sometimes, when the computer is idle--no data feed running or video/audio streaming--, I will step away for 30 minutes or so, when I return the monitors are dark as they should be, but will not wake up when I hit keys or click the mouse. The PC is on, I can see the drive light sometimes flashing, but the only thing I can

Will this work with going from Win 7 Pro 32-bit to Win 10 Pro 64-bit?

There should not be an issue doing that, as long as the computer supports 64-bit.

 

64 bit Win 10

I have been using 64 bit Win 7 and upgraded to Win 10, which stuck me with 32 bit.

How do I get to 64 bit Win 10?

I wonder if there is any problem for going this route with installing Win 10/64-bit on a computer that had Win 7/32-bit (without ever installing Win 10/32-bit)?
