Windows 10: Win 10 Account Protection Sign in doesn't reach stage of allowing me to enter a uid

Context: can't sign in with Microsoft account neither in settings page see pics below


The Microsoft account uid/pwd combination works as i can log on to Microsoft with a browser.


When I click on "Sign In" the "Microsoft Account" window appears, with the "Just a moment..." text, and after approx. 45 seconds, the window "Microsoft Account" just closes without ever having offered me the option to enter my uid.


Any thoughts ?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

CD-ROM doesn`t work with win 10

After I installed Win 10 my CD ROM doesn`t work any longer. Does somebody have an solution?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
