Windows 10: win 10 activation

I just upgraded from win 7 ultimate x86 sp2 to win 10 pro insider preview. I've run two product keys and both took but I cannot activate this product. Error code tells me that administrator needs more permission. can anyone help ?? Thank you !!

Unable to Activate Win 8

I was about to suggest run CMD as Admin and then do a "slmgr -ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" activation...does anyone know if that works with win8?
