    Win 10 AU won't allow online access to my MS Acct.- Crashes Chrome


    Yeah, in my Settings/Accounts/Your Info./Manage my Microsoft account . . . clicking crashes Chrome and, of course, there is then no way to access my online MS Acct. settings . . . anybody else?

    Password for windows 10

    The Last Win 10 update wiped out my MS password to access my laptop. Would not accept my password at all. Very frustrating. I found under "Ease of Access" an icon for using a keyboard on the screen itself. That one was the answer. The on screen keyboard
    accepted my password and allowed access to my laptop. I went into my MS acct and reentered the deleted password. I was then able to log on normally. I hope this helps someone who might have this happen.

    Can only say it's ok with Firefox..
    What happens if you grab the URL and paste it into a browser - try Chrome and - say- Edge?
    Another variant would be whether or not you're already logged in to that account on line.

    -Nope, it is broke.
    -Guess I won't be needing access to my MS Account . . . till some future update repairs this(also).
