Windows 10: Win 10 boot loop after installing second cpu.

I have a dell t5400 currently running win 10. Processor is a Xeon x5450 and has 64gb of ram installed. Boots fine.I ordered a second x5450 cpu and heatsink, after installing it I get to the windows 10 boot screen it started to load then just restarts. This cycle continues until I power off the computer. Swapping the two cpus into opposite sockets results in a blue screen stating unsupported processor. Which doesn’t make sense as it works fine with a single x5450 processor. It only has an issue with the second cpu installed. Bios version is A11 and both cpus show up in the bios. As does all the

Win 10 boots...

I can't answer to the speed of Win-8 booting. I tried the Win-8 preview and went back to Win-7 after a month. They say that Win-8.1 is a lot better than Win-8 was.
My Win-10 TP is working well ATM.

 

Win.10 won't boot after installing Win.7

Hi,

So i installed Win.10 via the UEFI and after installing Win.7 on Legacy Mode onto a different HDD i can't boot into Win.10 (I believe can only because Win.10 was installed via UEFI)

I tried installing the BCD Software but nope. I even tried to select my HDD but say Winload.exe error

Even tried going into the USB and try repairing but the same thing happens

  What is the make and model of your computer?

  Did you installed Windows 10 through Windows update/using media creation tool?

  Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
  

Note: Before proceeding to below steps disconnect all the external devices connected to the computer except keyboard and mouse.

As you are not able to boot into safe mode also,
I suggest you to login to any another computer and create a Windows 10 installation disk. Using that disk you can perform the troubleshooting methods given below.

After downloading the installation media, try to repair your computer. Follow the steps in the below link on how to repair your computer using installation media.
