Windows 10: Win 10 Calendar stopped syncing with Android 14 Calendar

Was working fine and just stopped abruptly. I can add a calendar event in Win 10 calendar and it will almost immediatley sync with Android 14 Calendar.However, if I add a calendar event to Android 14 calendar, it no longer updates Win 10 calendar.Thoughts??Thanks

IT might be helpful if you describe the steps you're taking to try and sync the calendars. I'm not sure where eMail might come into the picture.

Also describe your goal as clearly as possible. you're trying to sync a calendar on the iPhone with the Calendar App on Win10, not a calendar in an eMail client?

ical seems to be the canonical calendar format for apple - not sure - just a guess.

 

Syncing Win 10 Calendar App with Google Calendar

I use live.com for email, Windows 10 for my laptop, and Android for my smart phone.

I have some events saved on my Google Calendar and some events saved on my Windows 10 Calendar app. I'd like the two synced so I followed these directions (How to use Google Calendar on Windows 10 PC | Windows Central). I can now see my Google Calendar events on the Windows 10 Calendar app. I can NOT see the Windows 10 Calendar app events on my Google Calendar.

On the Windows 10 Calendar app, I noticed that I have a choice when making a new event as either a 'live.com' event or a 'google.com' event. Selecting google.com event does sync to Google Calendar, but selecting live.com event does not. Is there any way to get 'live.com' events to show in Google Calendar?

Sharing Office 2016 calendar to Android with no Exchange Server

I have a stand alone Office 2016 which I use for calendar functions and email. I would like to sync the calendar with my android phone. I also have a free outlook.com account and the android app for it. I also have the default Android calendar app. I have been trying to find a way to either sync an outlook.com calendar to Office 2016 or get the Office 2016 to sync with with Outlook.com calendar but I am finding no joy. Everything seems to rely on Exchange Server or Office 365. As my name suggests, I really do not want to switch from Office 2016 to Office 365. It is just overly convoluted and something I would prefer to avoid. In Outlook 2016 I went to calendar module then Open Calendar > From Internet and the gave the .isc link for the shared calendar that I created in outlook.com. That fails when attempting to use an .isc link or an HTML link. When attempting to add my credentials, I add my password three times and the calendar does not appear. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve what I want with my calendar?
