Hi,My PC Win 10 x64 Pro 19043.1706 21H1Win 10 Creation Tools stops at 'Get things ready- Set Up from inside ISO also stops at 'Checking PC'The Creation tool screen disappears after a while 'Getting things ready'. Tried many times.When using the Setup.exe located in the 21H1 ISO I get this..Starts then says Updates have been done so will Restart.New screen 'Checking PC'after a while this screen disappears. Waited 15 mins but nothing.What is happening? Why can't I do the InPlace update?

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• What is the make and model of your PC?
• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Previously which Operating System were you using?

Note: Sometimes it is possible you downloaded a corrupt .ISO file which prevents setup from working properly.

Stop insider

You will need to download the Windows 10 1703 ISO, perform a clean install in order to leave the Insider Program.

Because your currently installed build (16251) will eventually expire, you need to do this.

The release channel build is (15063).

I understand that you are unable to see ISO file for Windows 10 after complete download.

• Are you using Internet Explorer browser to download the ISO file?

If you are using Internet Explorer as a browser please follow,

• Open Internet Explorer, on right top corner click on
  Settings/Gear icon.
• Click on View downloads, to view and track your downloads.

If you are still unable to view the ISO file then,

• Press Windows + E keys from the keyboard on the desktop to open
  File Explorer.
• On the left pane select Downloads folder and search for the ISO file.
