Windows 10: win 10 deefender update cache counter stuck on 50

Where you see the list of recent Windows 10 Defender Updates, the counter appears stuck on 50. Two updates came in and installed successfully but the cache counter remains at 50.

Updates to Counter-Strike: Source and the Source Engine have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:
