Windows 10: win 10 installed ok have a visual c++ install error

got this error but dont see it coming back threw windows update maybe it was when i was installing it that it had this error, how to fix i don't see this visual c++ anywhere here is the error.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80246007: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime Package.

I AM RUNNING WIN 10

AN PROGRAMME REQUIRES C++ 2010

EVERY TIME I TRY TO INSTALL I GET A ERROR A HIGHER VERSION IS ALREADY INSTALLED

I HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED ALL VERSIONS OF C++

BUT THE PROBLEM IS I AM ALREADY USING " VISUAL STUDIO COMMUNITY 2015" WHICH IS AROUND "10 GB"

AND I DONT HAVE THE SETUP

I DONT WANT UNISTALL NEW VERSIONS I ORDER TO INSTALL C++ 2010

HELP ME

 

The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer error in Windows 10

I tried both workarounds and still getting the error message.

I have win 10 pc which is up to date. Installed visual c++ 2012 for 64 bit.

Any other ideas?

i think i found it would this be it and what version x86 or x64 or can i install both of them? Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center

 

i installed it and the update error went away so all is good.
