Windows 10: Win 10 Issues

I cannot update to Win 10 22H2 - fails every time.Have tried some suggestions from forums but to no avail.Have a digital licence Win 10 Pro pre-installed by supplierPC is up to spec for Win 11.Without Win 10 22H2 installed, I do not get an option to upgrade to Win 11.PC says I have issues with my Microsoft Account - when I try to solve this or login from my desktop, a small black screen appears which then shortly disappears.If I login to my microsoft account from my browser, this PC is not listed as a device it used to be.With all these issues, I would like to do a clean install, but of Wi

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software

BUT i still have the line on screen.

 

Win 10 1607 Restart Issue


I am having a Win 10 1607 restart issue.

In my case the PC tries to restart but the monitor screen goes black and then the monitor screen powers off.

The PC keeps running but will not restart.

I have to push the reset button to restart the PC.

Shut down works fine.

In both restart and shutdown there are no spinning dots...

Can any one help with this restart issue.

My next step is to go back to the previously installed version 1511 in which restart worked then do an upgrade from the 1607 ISO I downloaded.

If this fails I will bite the bullet and do a clean install but I would rather just resolve the issue if I can as I have Win 10 running just the way I like it:///
