Another program is being installed error and inability to kill msiexec.exe
in Windows 10 GamingAnother program is being installed error and inability to kill msiexec.exe: I am trying to install the program chemdraw, but while installing and error pops up of "Another program is being installed". I looked into it and they recommend to kill the msiexec.exe programs, but it says I do not have permissions to terminate the program. How do I fix this... -
