    Win 10 laptop reset for school went horribly wrong. (pls help)


    I bought a HP Pavilion x360 a week ago and imp currently trying to update my system to a Windows 10 Education Edition. I've set up the System as per they requested and it restarted my laptop. When I turned it back on, the laptop wanted me to reset my password when I did not even set up one before, as such I was not able to reset my password. I then decided to do a factory reset on my device. When I turned it back on, everything was set up for the school, with a win 10 education edition and everything but now it needs me to activate my windows? I've already owned Win 10, now it wants me to buy it again?

    What about MSI GS60 or Lenovo Y50? THey are light, portable and powerful... also both are 15" and in your budget. *Toast :toast:

    Can't reset Windows 10 Education for school use

    I just got my laptop that came with Windows 10 Home for school. The school provided instruction's to login my school email on the pc and after that restart the pc the window's 10 home became education but they also said to reset the laptop after the restart.
    However, the laptop just wouldn't want to reset it say's There was a problem resetting your pc. No changes were made. Please help need it for school ASAP.
