Windows 10: win 10 laptop sudden Lag

my laptop specs: AMD Ryzen 7 4800HGPU: RTX 2060 mobilesuddenly my pc CPU and GPU don't go above 50 % utilization at it effect fps in gamesit make opening folder take a longer time like a secondand opening an app take 2 secondsi tried to use system config to diagnostic startup it solved the problem but I did not know which service is causing the problem so I don't know what to do.those are the services run:

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Win 10 boots...

Interesting that it works on that oldie but goody laptop.

I don't notice any speed lags with Win-10 TP, but I'm using it on an i5-4670K system with an SSD for the boot drive, so it's snappy.

 

Old game lagging on old laptop

hello, im new here, can u answer why does old game lagging (fps drop) on old laptop

i have downloaded and test many games on my laptop, here is the list:

CS 1.6=max 120fps min 30-20fps,average 60fps (dxd render)

Hot Wheels:Beat that=max 30fps,min 2 fps averge 10fps

Battlefield 1942=max 60fps, min 15 fps, average 30 fps

Terraria=max 42fps min 10 fps, average 20fps

idk why my pc so lagging, this is my spec:

Dual os win 7 and win xp

ram 3gb

intel atom n330 1.6ghz

sis mirage 3 256mb
