Windows 10: Win 10 - Missing/Failed Hardrives

I recently restarted my computer and noticed that three of my hardrive partitions are now missing.

All three show up in my Disk Management but are listed as failed with a red X next to them.








I've tried researching solutions to this, but none of the youtube videos nor articles, cover this specific scenario. The closest ones I found mentioned that I'd need to change the hardrive letter, however, I don't see that option when right clicking but rather a reactivate volume message. Clicking that prompts me to use chxdiskafterwards. I tried using that to see if I could get anyway, but I'm unable to scan my affected drives since they aren't showing up as existing.








I am noticing a prompt telling me from a few days ago to restart my pc to fix driver errors the issue i'm experiencing occurred today so i'll do that and see what happens.

Missing hardrive?

I an SSD and 1 TB Hardrive. I've been looking all over on youtube on a fix to find my missing hard drive and I have yet to find a youtube video that works. It did show up this morning after I updated my Windows 10 but now it's gone this afternoon. Does
anyone have a fix to this? I have a Lenovo Legion Y520.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

What is causing Prime 95 to keep failing all the time in the first 10 minutes?

...and what will be your next step if THAT fails to make Prime stable? More volts?

I would think you would want to be using the LEAST amount of volts possible (for heat and longevity issues). That's why I suggested you use a more scientific approach to troubleshooting your instabilty. Meaning, IF your RAM passes 10 loops of MemTest with no errors at the speed you are trying to run, AND Prime continues to fail, THEN consider giving a bump to NB, FSB and Vcore (in that order).
