Windows 10: Win 10 OEM key won't work, Slui 4 not working, no microsoft account

Hi,I have recently got back a faulty computer for repair and 1 of the 2 SSD-s were faulty and the 2nd one had problems with it's boot table presumably, so I got rid of the faulty SSD and decided to reinstall win 10 Pro OEM on the 2nd SSD , no other hardware modification happened.I get an error code:0x803FA067"The last given key ID: long number cannot be used on this version of windows0x803FA067"I also got an error on a higher version of win 10/11 that the AAOEM version cannot be used on this machine.The Slui 4 command doesn't do anything it is supposed to bring up the region selector for

win 7 oem to win 10 free upgrade, install wants key. win 7 key does not work.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

SLUI 4 Doesn't work

Hello, I recently purchased a new desktop computer. The company I bought it from, if I'm not mistaken, installed a trial version of Windows 10 on my computer. Later, I purchased an OEM license key online. They asked me to follow the steps below:

Activate the key. If you encounter an error, here are the steps to follow:

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, type SLUI 4, and press Enter. Select Turkey as the region and click Next. On the screen that appears, you will see numbers. When you enter that code on the getcid.info website, you will receive a confirmation ID, and activation will be completed.

However, when I run the SLUI 4 command, I get an error that says "Windows can't be activated over the phone." I did some research online and then deleted via "slmgr /upk slmgr /cpky. "the Windows 10 license key I obtained while purchasing the computer. But I still get the error that it can't be activated over the phone. Also, when I try to change the license key directly through the "Change product key" option, provided by the company claiming to sell OEM, I get the message "The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one." Does this indicate that the license key is not genuine? Is it safe for me to use the product I purchased? Also, there is not any other option that I can change for activation.

Slui 4 is not working

Hello Paul,

On another PC I can open SLUI 4, so I don´t think that this method is not available anymore.





When I choose my country in SLUI 4 it appears the next window with a phone number and my installation id.





If I call it is supposed that I´ll receive a confirmation ID, but the problem is that in my laptop I cannot open SLUI 4 (the first image).





Any other suggestions?
