Windows 10: win 10 one user profile unable to connect to internet but others can on same machine

Hi guys, I'm a parent and have set my son's profile to disable his login CMD netuser and also used task scheduler to automatically shut down the computer at 9pm each night. I haven't done anything to my knowledge that would affect his internet connectivity. An issue has arisen: his user profile shows an internet connection, and the network diagnostic tool shows no issues found, yet there is no functional connection to the internet. Regardless of the site, all websites come up with:This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in yahoo.com. If spelling is correct, try running Windows

Unable to connect internet.

I am a windows 10 user, after trying so many methods as suggested in forum still unable to connect internet. I think it is because of incomplete windows update, how to fix this!

 

WIN 10 Upgrade- Unable to connect to Sign In service to Load User Profile

We upgraded to Windows. All of our MS Profiles was added. But unable to sign in with them. They are listed but after long lag time "unable to sign in service loading User Profile". I'm entering the correct email address and password associated with my
Microsoft Account, not sure what to do after several attempts. Any info would be great

 

Connected to the internet, but pages don't load

You may try the network troubleshooter and check.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• 
  In the search box, type
  ‘Troubleshooter’, and then click ‘Troubleshooting’.
  
• 
  Under ‘Network and Internet’, click ‘Internet Connections’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
  

Also I would suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

As per your description, I understand that the user profile is corrupted. Since you have already created a new user account, I would suggest you to follow the steps below and check.

Copying old files to newly created User Profile

1. Go to C:\Users\(Your-Corrupted-Profile-Name)\

2. Copy all files except three files:

NtUser.dat

NtUser.ini

NtUser.log

3. Go to C:\Users\(New-User-Profile-name)\

4. Paste all those copied files here.

I suggest you to follow the below given steps and check if issue is resolved:

• 
  Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Right click in Microsoft Edge under app section.
  
• 
  Click on details, click on microsoftedgeCP.exe
  and click End task.
  
• 
  Click on End process if prompted.
  
• 
  Repeat it for few times and check if issue is resolved.
