Windows 10: Win 10 Phone Link and iPhone IOS 15

I have been using Phone Link and old iPhone 6s IOS 15 frequently for quite a while. Tried using today and the program would not start in Win 10. Tried various reset/recovery steps to resolve with no avail. I removed the program/app from my desktop and reinstalled. It downloaded, activated and started the setup. It seems that Phone Link program has been updated and I cannot use as my iPhone 6s is IOS 15. When I try to install the IOS phone app, it states that IOS 16 is required. Some literature I've read online states that IOS 15 is supported.Is there anything I can do to resolve short of ge

Apple Releases iOS and iPadOS 17.0.1, and iOS 17.0.2 for iPhone 15

Apple today released iOS 17.0.1 and iPadOS 17.0.1 updates for the iPhone and the iPad, adding bug fixes to the new software. There is a separate iOS 17.0.2 update (build 21A350) that will be available for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models. IOS Phone Link Win 10

Over and over again I receive a message stating the Phone Link is available for IOS via Windows 10. I don't know where these updates are coming from but they are certainly misleading and a waste of my time! It's gotten so I just don't trust Microsoft anymore. I like a definitive answer as to whether Phone Link is available at all for Win 10 and IOS. If this is such a great app-only available for Android then I've got news. I've been able to connect my ANDROID phone to my pc for years! Not a breakthru Microsoft!
