Windows 10: Win 10 Preinstalled OS license - NO DPK - Unable to find OEM Key

I have a Lenovo laptop Ideapad 330 which i have been using comfortably since past 3-4 years preinstalled Windows license. Recently, I changed my HDD to a new SSD and reinstalled Windows by creating bootable using Microsoft website. After i completed the install, I am not able to activate the windows now. The error code 0xC004F213 pops up. I am attaching relevant screenshots. It seems like I am unable to find the original OEM Windows license key linked to my device and digital Microsoft account.Kindly help.

After reinstalling Windows 10 pro on Lenovo V530-15ICR desktop pc, which had digital win 10 key before reinstallation, I can't activate windows anymore. I'm always getting error that windows can't find key on this pc.

After checking BIOS I found this:

Win 10 preinstalled OS license - NOK

OA3 license key ID - NO DPK

Is win 10 key deleted from BIOS, or what... This is first time I'm having issue like this with digital (BIOS) licenses, after many reainstallations that went perfectly fine

I've reinstalled windows with help of Media creation tool. I've never entered win 10 license key, and I get this retail license automatically

 

Windows OS OEM License

if oem os is windows 10 home edition , if you activated the win 10 with microsoft account means , license key will linked as called digital license.

after that, if you change hdd also, the license will be activated once you reinstall windows an logged with microsoft account
