    Win 10 pro 64bit shows rectangles across the screen


    I have an rtx 2080 ryzen 5 2600 I've started up in safe mode and the pc works perfect in safe mode as soon as I leave safe mode black rectangles I've updated my drivers and did a clean install ot comes up with 18 messages that all say various programs have been blocked from accessing graphics hardware. I'm really pissed

    Black rectangle shows up middle of screen- mouse doesnt work within it

    Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.
