Windows 10: Win 10 Pro, after update to v.1703 all usb drive NTFS are shown as RAW

Windows 10 Pro, after update to version 1703, version se 15063.632 all my 3 USB external hard drives are not recognized by Windows anymore. All 3 drives are formatted NTFS but are shown as RAW.
The 3 drives are : Acomdata 160 GIG, Seagate 8T and Seagate 4T.
My PC is an Asus Destop Essentio CM6870, intel I7-3770. The bizarre thing is that I have updated also my laptop Dell Inspiron 1750, Windows 10 Pro to version 1703, version se 15063.608 and the 3 mentioned USB external drives are working fine with the laptop.
When I attach the Seagate 4T to my PC Asus USB port, MY PC shows the drive as Drive (K) and if I double-click on the icon getting the message (K) is not accessible. Drive not ready.




In the Computer management, peripheral manager, we can see the Seagate 4T




In the computer management, Disk management, we notice that the drive letter is not shown at the top and the drive is shows as Drive 6 not in NTFS but RAW.
I have tried to change the drive letter without success.

All of them are reporting: "Unable to Wipe Drive" (The USB Flash / Stick) - contains errors?

How is anyone supposed to use brand new USB Device once after Windows picks it up and installs drivers when it is converting them to RAW format? Already used well-known programs to try to wipe the disk out and reformat to:

FAT32 / EXFAT / FAT / NTFS?

Error: Missing Operating System and changed the drive partition from NTFS to RAW on Windows 10

My computer has attempted to update to Windows 10 pro. During the update it has failed and says it cannot be repaired. I have found that the drive partition has changed from NTFS to RAW.

It has previously updated from windows 7 to windows 10 without a problem but when it automatically updated to windows 10 pro the update has failed.

Computer:

Motion Computing F5t tablet PC.

Originally Windows 7 pro 64 bit

Intel Core i7 3667U

8gb Ram

Sandisk SSD U100 128GB

Things I have tried so far,

Repair Windows 10 using install usb -failed

Restore to windows 7 using install usb - failed

Fresh install of windows 10 using Media creation tool - works ok until updating to windows 10 pro - failed

Fresh install of Windows 7 pro, update all drivers, then updating to windows 10 then windows 10 pro - failed

Format harddrive and fresh install of windows 10. Works until pro update.

Bootrec commands to repair MBR - failed

Each time I am left with a computer that displays "Missing Operating System"

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, I noticed no-one's replied.. personally I've not looked into this problem, but it was reported quite a lot when people upgraded to the Anniversary build. I've not noticed it recently.

USB disks appear as RAW


Note your K: is shown as a local disk.

You could try turning off Fast Startup in Windows.

(Incidentally, is your system disk legacy BIOS, not UEFI? (There's no EFI partition- and Disk Management doesn't show the System partition anyway). Of the two recovery partitions, one is not used; Windows upgrades can sometimes create a second one).
