Win 10 Pro & PC Health Check say I can't upgrade to Win 11 but give no reason!

I am trying to upgrade a Win 10 Pro machine to Win 11. I have verified the following:TPM 2.0 is enabled.Secure boot is enabled.16Gb of RAM.100GB of free disk space.Intel I9 processor.Windows update says the machine is not compatible.PC Health Check displays a dialog that says, "To see if this PC can run Windows 11, check the system requirements, or ask the company that manufactured the PC." No other information given. The Win 11 upgrade assistant says the PC is not compatible but does not say why.I am lost. How can I find out why this PC cannot be upgraded when it meets all of the specs I have

    :)

  3. Upgrading from Win 10 Pro to Win 11

    Hi

After doing a PC health check to upgrade to win 11 I was told my pc cannot be upgraded due to the hardware installed. I have purchased a new motherboard, i5 CPU, hard drive and dimms to rebuild the pc to comply with win11 upgrade.

Initially installed Win 7 Pro then free upgraded to 10. Can my windows 7 product key be used to reinstall windows 10 on my new hard drive

    Thanks in advance

    Upgrade to Win 11

Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?

    Thanks.
