Windows 10: win 10 professional "restore down " not working

Hi ,Since the last win 10 update my "restore down" will not work.so I can`t resize my windows. I`ve turned "tablet mode off" but this has made no difference.In full size the icon shows a single page and when i try to retsore down by clicking on it the screen flashes and returns to full size but the icon becomes 2 interleaved pages as if "restore down " has been implemetedThis is driving me nuts so any help much appreciated.

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
