    Hello, how are you?

    Sporadically and frequently I lose internet connections. The problem is always that the settings in Network settings is turned on and listening at 127.0.0.1:8082

    Malwarebytes and ESET come up clean in thorough custom searches including rootkit search.

    How can I stop this?

    Oh this could be a proxy virus then because it's happening on all browsers.

    Also if you have a restore point I would recommend using it.

    Regedit : ProxySettingPerUser set back to 0

    Hello !

    My friend bought a new LapTop with Windows 10 on it last month.

    Until now, the laptop always had a Proxy problem.

    After opening Regedit, and go to :

    " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings"

    the ProxySettingPerUser value is set on 0, so I set it back to 1 and then Internet works !

    Next day, it set back to 0 itself :/ so I have to set it back to 1... again and again.

    The only thing that my friend do is changing the Access Point which is between her AP at home and the AP at school.

    Do you know why the value is always set back to 0?
