Windows 10: Win 10 RTM Core OEM:DM seems to give me digital license for for my Windows 11 Pro

So I bought a laptop with preinstalled windows 11 Home.So I perform a clean installation of windows 11 Pro Without upgrading. Just installing Pro from USB straight.No product key were asked to be entered.Once installed, and activating internet. License transfer from OEM/Edu retail to new laptop

My children (students) are in need of a newer laptop. I want to transfer the complete installation (system backup) of their current laptops to their new ones.

I bought one laptop (laptop A) with a 'Win 10 RTM Core OEMM' license (Windows 10 Home).

I want to transfer the system backup of laptop B ('Win 8.1 RTM Core OEMM' license which is upgraded to a 'Win 10 RTM Education Retail') to laptop A.

And I want to transfer the system backup of laptop C ('Win 8 RTM Core OEMM' license which is also upgraded to a 'Win 10 RTM Education Retail') to laptop B.

How can I perform the (re)activation or other license concerns with this transfer of the system backup?

Or if the OEM product keys are tied to the original laptops, how do I change the OEM product key of laptop A after system backup recovery to it's original 'Win 10 RTM Core OEMM' and keep the 'Win 10 RTM Education Retail' upgrade ?

This is where I am lost.

I activated a retail license on my win 10 pro PC

I then purchased an OEM key, entered it (replacing retail key)

It says activated but NOT digital license.

If I replaced a licensed win 10 with another licensed win 10, why no digital license?

Windows 10 Pro Digital License

I've upgraded my office PC recently to Windows 10 Pro acquiring a digital license when I activated it online using the Windows 7 Pro OEM product key that comes with the PC.

Its known that the free Windows 10 upgrade has long expired in 2016

So, Is this Windows 10 digital license acquired through this process using the OEM product key that comes with the PC valid ?

I've tested to upgrade another PC to Windows 10 Pro & similarly when I activated it online using the Windows 7 Pro OEM product key that comes with the PC, as expected it acquired the digital license successfully.

Can I come to a conclusion that the Windows 10 digital license acquired is valid & its free ?

Would appreciate some feedback so I could continue to upgrade for the rest of my office's PCs & laptops.

My main concern here is to not mess up the Windows 10 licensing issue for my company.
