Windows 10: win 10 screwed up my photos folder's

Discus and support win 10 screwed up my photos folder's in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; before win 10 I had my photos (1000s ) all arranged in my picture (win 7 ) had em all catalogued and so forth now win 10 in is infinite wisdom put...     win 10 screwed up my photos folder's


    before win 10 I had my photos (1000s ) all arranged in my picture (win 7 ) had em all catalogued and so forth
    now win 10 in is infinite wisdom put them in folders according to date , beginning with the date I upgraded to win 10

    any suggestions on how to unscrew them up ?

    Windows 10 update on Asus TF810 with Windows 8.1 brought black display =>nothing works anymore

    Windows 10 loaded and now my photos folders are messed up I cant see my previous set up on Win 8 and cant move folders of photos between foles because I gan no longer see sub folders in the left pane while sorting out the folders I want to move on the
    main pane - very retrograde

    Can I Go Back To Windows 7 From Windows 10?

    My problem too, photos all screwed up. Also, can't find the folders I spent hours and hours organizing in Windows 7. I'm thinking seriously of going back too!

    Right click inside the folder and check your options under 'Sort by...'

    ... if you right click on an empty space in the folder?

    there are no folders ...just photos ...they used to be in folders now its just single photos called albums with dates

    and just to top it all off ...the photos are all mixed up . I have never dated a photo in my life

    Is it possible that you're looking at the Photo App, and not This PC/Pictures? My Photo App is strange like that.

    You may be right.

    calvin check your Pictures Library in File Explorer.
