Windows 10: win 10 slow response

Hi,i had problems with my win 10 response .The choices of accout for example was lagging till stop. I thought was better, to do format to my pc, and install the win10 from the begining . I did.The setting choice is not frozen now, but again, the response is very slow. My pc , is not the best or the newest, but not so bad to have this response. I have lenovo thinkpad T440s, i7 4600u, 12gb ram and ssd evo860 samsung.Its not possible, to click on setting and to see 2-4 sec response in fresh installing win 10 . My god..Its a pc of work.Win10 became so heavy ? Sorry but this is not situation. And i

Win 10: Issues while playing music/movies

Thanks for your response.

I tried all three methods & even visited Dell website for update. All methods suggested that all drivers are up-to-date.

Additionally, I believe PC has gone slow after I update to Win 10.

• Edge sucks. It is slow like IE and even it goes hang for a while during load of website.
• Login & Typing in window search bar has gone slower too.

Do you have any other suggestions?

The issue could occur if the computer is not up-to-date.
